History of Christmas

Christmas History – Christmas festival is the most sacred and religious cultural holiday which is observed for almost two millennia where people around the world are observing its traditions and practices which are both religious and secular in nature. History of Christmas reveals that the day is observed quite before the birth of the Jesus Christ. It was in the early 354 AD which came across the evidence of the Christian feast on December 25 with the birth of the Jesus Christ. The Romans observed the day in 137 AD with their Bishop decree, the birth of Jesus Christ as a solemn Feast. But later on, in the year 350 AD it was Julius I another popular Bishop of Rome who preferred the Day as December 25th to perceive as the Christmas Festival.
